Cultivation Tech

# of positions: (1)
Rate of pay: $19/hour
Part Time

JOB SUMMARY

Our Cultivation Techs are responsible for the day to day execution of our facilities cultivation plan. These responsibilities range from checking our facilities water pH and nutrient concentration, transplanting vegetative plants into the flowering rooms, pruning plants, propagating plants, the cleaning of facility equipment and cultivation rooms, the disposal of any waste in accordance with all rules and regulations, and the preventive treatment of ensuring the plants are free from any pests our mold in accordance with all rules and regulations.

TASKS

Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards. Be prepared to change technique and instruction based on variables, R&D codes, and plant attributes. Assist associates to achieve team goals. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Properly use equipment and supplies to maintain its integrity and longevity. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas. Maintain a culture of professionalism. Complete other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as trimming, cleaning, packaging, etc.

QUALIFACTIONS

  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Grow experience not required but must be a quick learner
  • Ability to perform numerous manual labor tasks
  • Must have the willingness and desire to learn about growing while taking direction
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail

Harvest & Trim Technician

Rate of pay – $19/hour
Full Time

JOB SUMMARY

Our Harvest Techs are responsible for trimming and packaging the final product after completion of harvest, working with master growers on entering all product data in METRC.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Execute the daily and weekly goals for the trimming and packaging department.
  • Assist cultivation techs on harvest days, which includes cutting down plants, de-fanning, and hanging plants on drying racks.
  • Quality assurance review of product to be properly separated for packing pre-rolls or send on to processing.
  • Assist associates to achieve team goals. Work in timely manner and strive to increase productivity.
  • Contribute to instructed cleaning, sanitizing and organization in the Trim room.
  • Proactive and team player mentality when preparing for the day’s trim/package tasks and EOD protocols.
  • Cleaning / sterilizing all equipment following use.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Experience in manufacturing not required, but preferred
  • Demonstrate a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
