Rate of pay: $19/hour
Our Cultivation Techs are responsible for the day to day execution of our facilities cultivation plan. These responsibilities range from checking our facilities water pH and nutrient concentration, transplanting vegetative plants into the flowering rooms, pruning plants, propagating plants, the cleaning of facility equipment and cultivation rooms, the disposal of any waste in accordance with all rules and regulations, and the preventive treatment of ensuring the plants are free from any pests our mold in accordance with all rules and regulations.
Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards. Be prepared to change technique and instruction based on variables, R&D codes, and plant attributes. Assist associates to achieve team goals. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Properly use equipment and supplies to maintain its integrity and longevity. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas. Maintain a culture of professionalism. Complete other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as trimming, cleaning, packaging, etc.

Our Harvest Techs are responsible for trimming and packaging the final product after completion of harvest, working with master growers on entering all product data in METRC.
